20-year prepaid plans require direct coordination with YourStories.Live.

All prepaid plans must designate an account administrator at creation.

10- and 20-year plans require one primary administrator and one backup administrator with full contact information for both.

Administrator contact details are verified once every 24 months.

Failure to confirm details after three contact attempts over 90 days may result in temporary administrative restrictions.

Upon receipt of a valid death certificate, the account is locked from editing.

All existing content is preserved.

The account remains viewable indefinitely by authorized viewers.

Editing requires an active paid subscription.

Only the designated administrator may make changes.

If no administrator exists, no changes can be made.

The designated administrator is notified within 30 days confirming legacy access.
