The account remains active and editable while in use.

After 90 days of inactivity, reminder emails are sent once per month.

After 12 months of inactivity, the account is disabled and hidden from viewing.

Reactivation requires a reactivation fee.

If the account remains disabled and inactive for an additional 12 months (24 months total inactivity), the account may be permanently removed.

A final notice is sent 30 days prior to any permanent removal.

Upon receipt of a valid death certificate, the account is locked from editing; but all existing content is preserved, including scheduled gifts.

The account remains viewable indefinitely by authorized viewers.

Editing, additions, or administrative changes require upgrading to a paid subscription.

Editing may only be performed by the designated account administrator.

If no administrator is designated, no changes can or will be made.

The administrator (if designated) is notified within 30 days confirming legacy access status.

One complimentary physical package delivery may be scheduled up to 10 years from receipt by YourStories.Live.

Account holder is responsible for sending the item.
